"WE KNEW WE HAD TO DO THIS."

During August of 2020, Jessa DeLuca was a part of a 4 person ensemble who performed the 1999 romantic sketch comedy, Maybe Baby, It's You by Charlie Shanian and Shari Simpson at The Pioneer Playhouse in Danville, KY. 
​Maybe Baby, Its You is a collection of short, comedic scenes centered around romance and a persons unrealistic expectations surrounding finding "the one."
Working as an actor in 2020 was not taken lightly by the cast or crew. "These actors — they keep saying how lucky they feel to be working at all. So it’s kind of a different feeling, I guess.” (Heather Henson, AM). Therefore, the cast and crew took the CDC COVID 19 guidelines seriously, and quarantined as a unit to minimize the risks of viral spread during the rehearsal process and run of the show.
